Public discussion of GOST R JSC "FESKOM"

Public discussion of the first edition of the draft national standard GOST R “Electric power industry. System for adaptive control of the mode of electrical energy consumption from general-purpose power supply systems. Terms and Definitions".

The draft standard was developed by JSC FESKOM according to the work plan of the subcommittee PC-7 “Intelligent technologies in the electric power industry”.

This standard is the first in a series of standards aimed at developing a unified approach to all aspects of the full life cycle of adaptive control systems for changing the mode of electrical energy consumption. The series standards are expected to be distributed into the following classification groups:

  • Terms and Definitions;
  • general issues;
  • functional requirements and design;
  • integration and test methods;
  • information model and interoperability;
  • Information Security;
  • application of artificial intelligence systems;
  • exploitation;
  • other standards.

The standard applies to systems and means of adaptive control of the mode of electrical energy consumption from general-purpose power supply systems, adaptive control objects, and regulated objects.

The standard establishes terms and definitions of basic concepts in the field of adaptive control of the mode of consumption of electrical energy from general-purpose power supply systems, including systems and means of adaptive control.

The period for public discussion on the draft national standard is two months from the date of publication of the notification on the official website of Rosstandart (FSIS Beresta).
